An Act Relative to Comprehensive Permits.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 20 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the word “ten” in line 33 and inserting in place thereof the following word:— five.

SECTION 2. Said section 20 of said chapter 40B, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “one and one-half” in line 34 and inserting in place thereof the following words:— three quarters of one.
