An Act Clarifying the Trafficking of Methamphetamines.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Section 1 of Chapter 94C shall be amended by adding the following definition:- “trafficking” means the knowingly or intentionally manufacturing, distributing or dispensing, or possessing with the intent to manufacture, distribute or dispense of a controlled substance.
Section 2. Section 32E of chapter 94C of the General Laws, shall be amended by adding to subsection (b), clause 2 of paragraph (c).
