An Act Relative to Flags; Display in Courts.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. Chapter 220 § 1, is amended by adding the following new sentence at the end of the paragraph:

Failure to adhere to the provisions of this section shall constitute a violation of due process.
