An Act relative to out of state child support.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 15A of chapter 273 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
(6) A court of competent jurisdiction shall issue a warrant for arrest for any person, who, after 90 days, has left the commonwealth and has gone into another state without making reasonable provisions for the support of his spouse or child.
