An Act to combat drug addiction among urban youth. .
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Three percent (3%) of the proceeds from the sales of former state hospital property shall be dedicated to the operation of a d rug detoxification facility, to be operated by the Commonwealth at a suitable facility in some location west of the Greater Boston area.
