An Act relative to the destruction of dangerous dogs.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 164 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 4 and 5 the words “not more than twenty-five dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following:- $2,000
