An Act relative to employment contracts for municipal attorneys.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section l08N of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “auditor”, in lines 10 and 21, the following words:- ,city solicitor, town counsel.
