An Act authorizing the town of Barnstable to regulate the delivery
of fuel to a waterborne vessel within the boundaries of said town..
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general law or special law to the contrary, the Town of Barnstable is hereby authorized to enact and enforce, without approval from any agency of the Commonwealth, an ordinance requiring that at least two persons shall be present at all times during delivery of more than three hundred (300) gallons of fuel to a water-borne vessel within the boundaries of the Town of Barnstable.
