An Act allowing firemen and policemen in the town of Arlington to be hired regardless of age

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 337 of the said Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking out, in the first sentence, the words “take the next open” and inserting in place thereof the following words:
