An Act relative to dry cleaning establishment.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 93 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after section 18B the following section:-

                Section 18C. Every person conducting a dry cleaning establishment shall not discriminate on pricing based on the gender of the customer.
