An Act relative to electronic filing of individual taxes.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of revenue is directed to promulgate a regulation that eliminates the online service fee it charges to individuals who efile their state tax return, beginning with returns for tax year 2008.
