An Act relative to red and blue flashing, rotating or oscillating
lights.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7E of Chapter 90 of the General Laws of 2004 is hereby amended in the sixth paragraph in classification (i) after the word “prescribe,” by adding the following words:— or by any police department whose officers are appointed as special police officers by the colonel of state police at the request of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or at the request of the Animal Rescue League of Boston and subject to such rules and regulations as the registrar may prescribe.
