An Act Relative to funeral processions.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 14A of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:–
All vehicles taking part in a funeral procession shall have its vehicle hazard warning signals in operation during such procession.
