An Act relative to the removal of veterans, police and fire,
commemorative flag holders.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 73 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words “veteran’s grave marker or metal plaque or flag” and inserting in place thereof the following words: — American flag, veteran’s grave marker, metal plaque, veteran’s commemorative flag holder, commemorative flag holder representing service in both the police and fire department.
