An Act relating to identity theft.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 37E of chapter 266 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  Section 62A of chapter 93 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
