An Act
relative to real property taxes.
Be it enacted by
the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by
the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 21C the following section:-
Section 21C ½ . Notwithstanding section 21C, a city of town may increase its real property taxes by an amount up to the inflation level for the taxable year by a majority vote of its legislative body.
