An Act designating route 20 in the town of Northborough as the John
Davis Highway.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The section of route 20 located within the boundaries of the town of Northborough, including East Main street and West Main street shall be designated and known as the John Davis Highway, in honor of John Davis, a native of the town of Northborough, who served as governor of the commonwealth from 1834 to 1835. The department of highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
