An Act CLARIFYING THE CONTINUING
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALES PERSONS.
Be it enacted by
the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by
the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 87XX½ of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in the first sentence, by adding the following words:- ; and provided, further, that for licenses renewed on or after January 1, 2011, such number shall be no less than 20 hours. is later.
