An Act amending the public records law.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause 26 of section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sub-clause:— (t) attorney work product and attorney-client privileged materials where disclosure would have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigation position of the state agency concerned, but for no longer than 7 years after the date of final resolution of the legal matter.
