An Act Relative to Group 4 Retirement for Police and Fire Dispatchers.

Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.
Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words “at an electrical generating or distribution plant,” the following words:
“an employee of a police or fire department who is employed as a civilian dispatcher or telecommunicator of fire and police or emergency medical services.”
