An Act Relative to Retirement group classification of employees of
water departments, water districts, sewer departments, sewer districts, water
and sewer departments and districts, and wastewater facilities.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1.
Section 3(g) of chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “county” in line 242, the following words:-
“operation and maintenance employees of water departments, water districts, sewer departments, sewer districts, water and sewer departments, water and sewer districts or commissions, and wastewater facilities”.
