Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: An employee of a housing authority who transfers to another department within the same municipali ty as said housing authority, shall receive full creditable service for all time worked at said housing authority.
SECTION 2: The provisions of this act shall take effect upon passage
