An Act to provide have the veterans creditable buyback to credit
vacation accruals and seniority determinations for the purpose of employment.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 official edition, is amended in line 133 after the words “United States” by inserting the following:- “, and said years of credit shall be used to add to the member’s years of employment service when determining vacation benefits and accruals, and when determining a member’s seniority in his or her current employment.”
