An Act relative to the retirement of certain members of the Massachusetts Port Authority Police.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "Airport" in line 304, the following words:- , and Port of Boston and after the word "men", in line 305, the second time it appears, the following words:- , port lieutenants, port sergeants and port officers.
