An Act providing for a tax exemption on the sale of recycled
materials.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph: -
(ss) Sales of goods which by weight contain seventy percent recycled materials.
SECTION 2. This Act shall be inoperative on December 31, 2012.
