An Act relative to veterans exemptions.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 5, C1. (22D) of Chapter 59, Line 735 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words “remain unmarried and has” after the word “had”.
