An Act allowing the town of ware to sell the old council on aging
building and its property at an auction.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the requirements in Chapter 30B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Town of Ware may sell at an auction the Old Council on Aging Building and land at 11 Church Street and the South Street School and land on South Street.
