An Act relative to the disposal of obsolete materials and supplies.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause (12) of Section 22 of Chapter 7 of the 2004 Official Edition of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: - All such items not transferred or sold to other government entities shall be advertised for sale to the general public by the state surplus property office.
