An
Act relative to technical corrections to chapter 465 of the acts of 1980.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Not later than December 1, 2009, the department of energy resources shall amend their regulations or propose legislation eliminating any duplicative requirements relative to residential energy efficiency programs present in both chapter 465 of the acts of 1980, as amended, and chapter 169 of the acts of 2008.
