An Act relative to acceptance of gifts or grants by the district
attorneys .
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The office of a district attorney may accept gifts or grants of money or property, whether real or personal, from any source, whether public or private, including but not limited to the Unites States of America or its agencies, or any agency or authority of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, for the purpose of assisting the district attorney in the discharge of his duties.
