An Act to impose civil liability on persons who provide alcohol to
minors.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 34 of Chapter 138 of the General laws, as it appears in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following new paragraph:-
Any person who violates this section shall be liable in tort for injuries or death caused to any person as a result of the operation by a person under the age of twenty-one who is under the influence of alcohol.
