An Act relative to the junior operator penalties.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: The fourth paragraph of section 17B of chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the figure $500 and inserting in place thereof the following:-“$250”
Section 2: The sixth paragraph of section 20 of chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 16, the figure “$500” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “$250”
