An Act relative to recognizing the importance of public vision
awareness.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3(c) of Chapter 17, as appearing in the 2006 official edition and as amended by Chapter 58 of the Acts of 2006, is herby amended by striking the word “six” in line 15 and inserting the following new word:- fourteen.
SECTION 2. Section 3(c) of Chapter 17, as appearing in the 2006 official edition and as amended by Chapter 58 of the Acts of 2006, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof, the following new words:- “; and 1 shall be an optometrist appointed by the Massachusetts society of optometrists.”
