An Act relative to low and moderate income housing.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 20 of Chapter 40B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting the following:-
“Affordable Housing”, all deed restricted housing shall remain affordable in perpetuity.
