An Act increasing the allowable deduction for heat at state-aided
housing.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The department of housing and community development shall, in accordance with 760 CMR 6.05 (4)(d), allow for a minimum heat deduction of $600 and a maximum heat deduction of $1,500, for the purposes of determining gross household income of residents of state-aided housing.
