An Act relative to the pronouncement of death in a rest home.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9 of chapter 46 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “hospice”, in line 25, the following words:-
, rest home.
