An Act relative to protecting the identity of a 911 caller.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "individual", in line 142, the following words:- including but not limited to the name, address or phone number of an individual who called 911 to report an emergency.
