An Act to allow citizens possession of non-lethal protection.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding Chapter 140 section 129B and section 131 of MGL any persons otherwise qualified by said sections to be licensed under law will not be required to do so for purposes of possessing and utilizing for defensive purposes chemical mace , pepper spray or other similarly propelled liquid , gas or powder designed to temporarily incapacitate .
