A bill to designate an official Scottish tartan of this state.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 1. (1) The tartan derived from the thread count in
subsection (2) is designated as the official Scottish tartan of
this state.
(2) The thread count for the official Scottish tartan of this
state, which may be read by Scottish hand weavers and textile
designers, is as follows:

(3) In the thread count description contained in subsection
(2), an asterisk denotes 1/2 the total threads at the turning
points.
