     A bill to amend 1919 PA 339, entitled

 

"Dog law of 1919,"

 

(MCL 287.261 to 287.290) by adding section 19c.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 19c. A person shall not use carbon monoxide or carbon

 

dioxide when euthanizing a dog or other animal.
