     A bill to repeal 2004 PA 161, entitled

 

"Michigan immigration clerical assistant act,"

 

(MCL 338.3451 to 338.3471).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. The Michigan immigration clerical

 

assistant act, 2004 PA 161, MCL 338.3451 to 338.3471, is repealed.
