     A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled

 

"The Michigan penal code,"

 

(MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding sections 310c and 376b.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 310c. This chapter does not apply to gambling authorized

 

under any other law of this state.

 

     Sec. 376b. This chapter does not apply to gambling authorized

 

under any other law of this state.
