A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled

"Public health code,"

(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 5113a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 5113a. Notwithstanding sections 2221, 2226, 5111, and 9227, or any other provision of this code, the department shall not promulgate or enforce a rule requiring an individual to be immunized against COVID-19. As used in this section, "COVID-19" means coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
