HOUSE BILL NO. 4814
A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled
"Revised judicature act of 1961,"
by amending section 1611 (MCL 600.1611).
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 1611. (1) The county in which a probate bond is filed is a proper county in which to commence and try actions upon on the bond.
(2) Any county in this state is a proper county to commence and try actions on a fidelity bond under the fact checker registration act.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4813 (request no. 01069'21) of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
