HOUSE BILL NO. 5060

A bill to repeal 1981 PA 230, entitled

"Michigan economic and social opportunity act of 1981,"

 (MCL 400.1101 to 400.1119).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. The Michigan economic and social opportunity act of 1981, 1981 PA 230, MCL 400.1101 to 400.1119, is repealed.
