HOUSE BILL No. 5120

     A bill to amend 1976 PA 331, entitled

 

"Michigan consumer protection act,"

 

(MCL 445.901 to 445.922) by adding section 4a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 4a. Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, this

 

act applies to charges to consumers by providers of medical goods

 

or services for the provision of those medical goods or services.
