ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5741

AN ACT to repeal 1927 PA 282, entitled “An act to create a commission to act in co-operation with the attorney general and with any like commission or officials of the state of Wisconsin to designate and mark the overland boundary between the states of Wisconsin and Michigan, and to make an appropriation therefor,” (MCL 2.221).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1927 PA 282, MCL 2.221, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
