     A bill to repeal 1911 PA 211, entitled

 

"An act to compel owners of private cemeteries in cities to keep

the same enclosed with a suitable fence to prevent encroachment of

live stock,"

 

(MCL 128.101 to 128.103).

 

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. 1911 PA 211, MCL 128.101 to 128.103, is

 

repealed.
