     A bill to amend 1846 RS 125, entitled

 

"Of distraining and replevying beasts,"

 

by repealing section 10 (MCL 433.110).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 10 of 1846 RS 125, MCL 433.110, is

 

repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless Senate Bill No. ___ or House Bill No. ___ (request no.

 

03796'13) of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
