"Public health code,"
(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 16279.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 16279. Except as otherwise provided by law, a licensee or registrant shall not provide nonemergency health care to a minor without first obtaining the consent of the minor's parent or guardian or the consent of another person acting in loco parentis of the minor.
